I just got back from a mini-road trip with a good friend, John Stak. (we'll get back to him in a moment) The scope of this trip was to help out a couple friends and to see a little more of the midwest while doing so. Our first stop was Hannibal, MO. - the boyhood home of Mark Twain. He was born in Florida, MO. We visited a few historic locations and proceeded to experience the best breaded pork tenderloin on Earth! I'm not much of a traveler, unfortunately, but when I do go anywhere besides work or my house I get pretty excited! Our second stop was Kansas City. We enjoyed some BBQ at "Arthur Bryants" and also visited the National World War I Museum. What an amazing place! I want to wear a Planet Tomek shirt in all 50 states. I've got 43 to go...maybe I'll just make sure someone wears one in each of the 50 states - that's like 20-some to go! Scroll down to see a few pictures from Missouri. Now back to John Stak: He is a master of many trades and fun as hell to travel with! He has his own theater in Chicago called elsewhere and records some amazing music under the same name - check it out here!
