This page has a few "first time" elements to it. It's the first time that we shot a Planet Tomek page somewhere other than Planet Tomek studios (my Mom & Dad's house), it's the first time that I had June bugs dive bombing my face outside while shooting a page and it's the first time I realized that I am truly nuts! As I walked to this new location with a box full of chickens, lights and props I thought...what would the neighbors say if they saw that cool dad on the block with all of this goofy crap after dark? I am guessing I wouldn't be invited over for the Bears games anymore and I have to assume the block parties would be planned when we are out of town! But...one day, if this whole Planet Tomek "thing" ever becomes more popular with true multi-media applications (animation, clay-mation, CGI film) the neighbors and the paparazzi would be out there as I left the garage with all of my strange items, taking pics, writing about me, wanting to meet me! Funny how that would all work out.
