We went to see the new Indiana Jones movie a few weeks ago and loved it! The next morning, archeology was our son's favorite hobby. It fits in perfect with camping, fishing, getting dirty...what boys do best! Gotta love it! Now, everywhere we go, we're searching for rocks and bringing them home. When time allows, they've got me pulling over if they see what appears to be rocks on the horizon. Rocks of all sizes and many of them. I have a whole new meaning to the phrase "Rock On!" - it has nothing to do with music anymore. I Jokingly explained to them that with the ridiculous price of gasoline we may not be able to afford this "free" hobby much longer. I told them our minivan used to get 26 mpg before we became rock hauling junior archeologists! His response was; "Come on Dad, just go to the gas station and get more gas". Innocence; Gotta love it!
I would like to recommend Captain August, one of my favorite webcomics by a great comic artist/writer named Roderick Leermakers.
I just finished "Captain August ~ Year One" and loved it! Because the world needs less clowns, but more explosions! Captain August!
